What is your process?
We know the importance of being aligned as a team to get great results. Let’s first meet, so we can get to know each other better. So we can understand your goals, and you can get an impression of how we work. Then we both decide whether to work together.
Who is behind Agility Global HR?
Agility Global is a network of international coaches and HR consultants, founded by Alexandra Mansyreff in 2016.
Alexandra is originally from The Netherlands, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Economics at Erasmus University, specializing in Management and Organization.
She worked in International Human Resources for over 20 years in The Netherlands, Bahrain, USA and Qatar, for multinational companies on local, regional and Head Office teams.
She supported expats, high potential talent, managers, country teams and leadership, and guided Country managers through big transitions, conflict, corporate culture transitions, and used Design Thinking to create positive change.
Outside of the corporate environment, she has many clients in expatriate environments, who meet with her for a variety of topics.
In this environment, she built a network of likeminded people, who want to add value to people’s lives through outcome-oriented coaching and by delivering HR expertise.
Alexandra is an accredited ICF* coach, certified MBT and OPQ assessor, and has used these – and other – tools for individual – and team coaching for decades.
